Outstanding support. As a community-based organization, that served many people every day, we deeply appreciate it when public entities, like the Department of Health make it easy to collaborate. The call center responds promptly, and every call is answered by a knowledgeable human operator--without first going through a phone-tree menu. Beyond Excellent! Thank You!

The people who answer the phones here are prompt and will take the time to explain important details. There is no machine keypad process to go through either, somebody just picks up, and that's great.
